PocketCoach was born out of a simple desire: let's make working together a little more enjoyable.
For more than 30 years we have been developing tools to improve the way people work together. Because we know how often things go wrong - and how much unnecessary aggravation, frustration and even personal suffering it causes.
A key insight is that many of these misunderstandings arise from conflicting drives. People often mean well, but do not understand each other - and that causes noise, resistance and alienation.
With PocketCoach we help to reduce this noise. By making drives transparent and connecting with what people really need with smart, targeted tips. Small interventions, big impact.
we think in drives
Those who lead wrongly create a negative atmosphere in which negative behaviour becomes visible. Each drive has its own style of negative behaviour. You can tell which drives are dominant by their negative behaviour. Someone who grumbles that they are only going to do what is in the job description is revealing their blue drive, someone who gossips and blackmails is revealing a green drive.
